Celebrate the Spring and the spirit of renewal with an amazing Yoga Retreat at the Hidden Valley Inn, Belize

Two yoga classes a day will be offered, although you are free to create your own adventures in this gorgeous setting.

Along with the yoga, we will be immersed in the serenity and astonishing beauty of Hidden Valley’s 7,200 acre nature preserve. We will enjoy bird watching, hiking mountain trails, experience Hidden Valley’s many waterfalls, rivers and of course the priceless Mayan treasures of Belize’s interior.

Couples and singles are welcome.
