Jessica Howell

Jessica first began as a casual practitioner in her best friend’s living room at the ripe age of 11 experimenting with the majesty and challenge of tree pose and downward facing dog. Yoga brought her to the study of how to navigate life’s experiences using the body as a tool instead of an accessory. Her practice has deepened profoundly over the past five years, enhanced immeasurably through Jude and Isaacs guidance after finding them 2 1/2 years ago and is a proud graduate from the Sankalpah Training program. She aims to make yoga accessible to students of any level by giving room for plenty of personal adjustments, attention, and questions in class. She is most excited by creating classes that can challenge students’ limitations, both perceived and imagined, of strength, stamina, flexibility, and focus in the midst of a juicy sweat. Her goal is for students to walk away from class with boundaries broken and a little more peace in mind.
